Fraternal Order of Real Bearded Santas   Started in 1995 as Amalgamated Order of Real Bearded Santas it underwent a change in 2008. The originating members, which became the Orange County Chapter, changed their name to Fraternal Order of Real Bearded Santas (FORBS). They organized in order to foster community service and to promote professional and social interaction amongst its membership. Enhancing the joy of Christmas and promoting Santa appearances for as many community service groups and organizations as possible. Helping existing and aspiring Santas to be the best Santas they can be and enhancing the joy of being Santa and fostering the spirit of fellowship among its members with social gatherings throughout the year.

International University of Santa Claus (IUSC)   An International "School4Santas" held at various locations across the globe. It consists of one and two-day workshops based on the book, "Behind the Red Suit - The Business of Santa."

Hair Today . . . Nails Tomorrow   Along with the normally excellent care of hair and nails, this is Fresno's only place for a white beard. Yolanda has decades of experience as a cosmetologist and knows how to color (and DE-color) hair. She's has been using her  artistic talents to keep Lesa Claus's hair and nails looking wonderful, and has been using her very own "Elf Magic" to keep Santa Barry's beard white for years now.
